HTML Builder v1.1 is a Microsoft Windows based HTML editor.  With HTML Builder there is no need to learn complicated HTML, just select text and click on toolbars or choose menu items.  Common tasks such as adding a link to a list are combined into a single task to simplify maintenance.  HTML Builder includes a complete help file.
